The proposed millage would:

- Establish specialized units to address specific public safety challenges;
- Enhance technology and resources to improve case processing; and

“We encourage voters to support this millage on May 3 to bolster the DA’s office, make Baton Rouge safer and create a stable environment for economic growth,” said Nial Patel, Chairman of BRAC’s Board of Directors.
BRAC urges East Baton Rouge Parish voters to support the millage and encourages local businesses to join in advocating. Early voting is open April 19 through April 26, and the measure will appear on the May 3 ballot. Voting information can be found at geauxvote.org.
